Yes. All products remain available through your existing partners, Christie, or directly from twoloox. Effective immediately, you can also request a direct partnership with twoloox by contacting info@twoloox.de.

Yes, twoloox will continue manufacturing and supplying all current hardware and software products.

Existing purchase orders with Christie will be honored. twoloox will maintain the current EUR price list for now but may introduce new pricing or programs in the future. For the latest price list, contact sales@twoloox.de.
For offers already placed with end customers, where currency fluctuations lead to significant cuts, we will find a solution. Please contact sales@twoloox.de by November 30, 2025, at the latest.

Support & Warranty

Yes. twoloox will provide service, technical assistance, and warranty support for all current Pandoras Box products.

twoloox will manage all warranty claims and inquiries. No action is required from you.

Christie will continue to support all existing service contracts for Pandoras Box software and hardware.

No, all valid warranty claims will be handled by twoloox, just as Christie did before.
Training & Documentation

All current materials are available on the Christie website until they are transitioned to the twoloox website. A new training concept will be released in February 2026, including schedules and partner-led sessions. Individual training can be requested from twoloox or its partners starting October 15, 2025.

As part of the sale, transaction and contact data were transferred to twoloox. If you wish to have your data removed, email support@twoloox.de with 'Remove from database' in the subject line and include your full name and email addresses used with Christie.
Service and Repairs

Yes, an RMA number is required to send in a defective device.

Please email to support@twoloox.de and provide a concise description of the issue. Our support team will evaluate whether sending in your device is necessary and will provide you with an RMA number if applicable.

The return address will be provided with the RMA number.

Usually it’s the customer paying to send in, twoloox to pay for the return. Exceptions are subject to the issue of the returned item and if it’s a warranty case. Returns postage unpaid will not be accepted.
