Dongle Update

Dongles can be read out with Sentinel HASP RUS Tool.
If you have installed PB Menu you will find the tool under Utilities.

Software Update Procedure

  • after starting this software please click "collect information" while the USB Dongle is connected

  • save the *.c2v file at a specific place on your computer

  • please choose a unique file name (for example: SN06001105.c2v)

  • send this file to the form below or to update.pandorasbox@twoloox.de

You will receive your updated files (*.v2c) via email Update Procedure after receiving the files:

  • Please make sure that the correct dongle is attached to your computer

  • Please click on the Tab “Apply License Update”

  • Please choose the update file by clicking on the “…” button

  • Click “apply update”

  • After a few seconds the “written update successfully” message should appear
